Your Role

As a Growth Intern, your mission is to support and drive the acquisition of new customers by enhancing key growth channels: SEO, outbound campaigns, influencer programs, and our freemium model. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing to optimize performance, launch new initiatives, and provide data-driven insights, ultimately helping us scale and expand across global markets.

Why this role is important to us?

We’re currently growing our revenue 20% month-over-month and we want to maintain and accelerate this trajectory. We have identified growth channels that are working but there are still a lot to do to exploit their full potential.

You will play a key role working with the founders to support those growth initiatives.

Your Missions

  • SEO Optimization & Content Localization
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize existing content for SEO and develop new content that aligns with our SEO strategy.
    • Assist in localizing content for different markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic nuances are effectively captured to drive organic growth.
    • Analyze SEO performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Outbound Campaign Optimization & Testing
    • Support the founders in refining and enhancing multi-channel outbound campaigns.
    • Launch and iterate new campaigns leveraging intent data, focusing on high-potential market segments.
    • Track and analyze outbound campaign performance, helping to draw insights for continuous optimization.
  • Influencer Programs Management
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
    • Assist in managing influencer relationships and optimizing existing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
    • Monitor influencer performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvements.
  • Freemium Model Conversion Optimization
    • Analyze user behavior and conversion metrics within the self-service funnel.
    • Provide actionable feedback to the product team to optimize the conversion process and enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with the growth and product teams to test and implement strategies aimed at improving freemium-to-paid conversion rates.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • We don’t expect you to be an experts in SEO, outbound or influencer marketing as we’ll provide you support to help you learn and grow.
