Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders, lifestyle images, and infographics that showcase our products across Amazon, Shopify, social media, and advertising channels. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce design best practices, Amazon A+ Content, and conversion-optimized visuals.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, expert-level skills in 3D rendering software, and a proven ability to create compelling product visuals that increase customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality 3D renders – Create hyper-realistic product images that replace traditional photography.
  • Design engaging lifestyle images – Showcase products in real-world settings, helping customers visualize use cases.
  • Develop conversion-optimized infographics – Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms – Maintain a cohesive visual identity across Amazon, Shopify, social media, and ad campaigns.
  • Optimize product imagery for Amazon and Shopify – Ensure all images meet platform guidelines for clarity, resolution, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams – Align visuals with brand messaging and e-commerce strategies.
  • Stay ahead of design trends – Continuously research and apply innovative design techniques to elevate product presentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Conversion Impact – Increased click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates from updated product images and A+ Content.
  • Efficiency & Output – Ability to manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Brand Consistency – Ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all digital assets.
  • Innovation & Creativity – Development of new visual strategies that enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaboration & Feedback Implementation – Responsiveness to internal feedback and market trends to optimize design impact.

Success Benchmarks (30-60-90 Days)

First 30 Days:

  • Familiarize with existing product lines, brand guidelines, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct an audit of current product visuals and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Begin producing 3D renders and lifestyle images for key product listings.

First 60 Days:

  • Implement optimized product imagery across Amazon and Shopify listings.
  • Develop A+ Content layouts for product pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • Experiment with new visual strategies to test engagement and customer response.

First 90 Days:

  • Fully integrate consistent, high-quality visuals across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Contribute to major marketing campaigns with compelling lifestyle and product imagery.
  • Establish a scalable design workflow to support continued brand growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce, Amazon, or retail products.
  • Expertise in 3D rendering software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, Adobe Dimension or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Proven ability to create hyper-realistic 3D renders that replace traditional product photography.
  • Experience designing Amazon A+ Content and Shopify product pages.
  • Understanding of e-commerce UX/UI principles for conversion-optimized visuals.
  • Strong layout, typography, and composition skills for high-impact product images.
  • Knowledge of Amazon image guidelines and Shopify best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and product animations.
  • Familiarity with data-driven design optimization for e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of advertising and social media creatives for DTC brands.
