About the role:

This role is a part of the internal full-cycle marketing Agency team and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and hungry for sales professional with experience in selling IT services or working in the marketing agencies.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the full-cycle sales process (outbound is in priority) including lead generation & qualification, service presentation, proposal elaboration, legal stage, offline meetings with potential clients if needed.
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and hit sales targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account status/deals and sales performance.
  • Be ready to present the services to the Enterprise and well-known brands/ companies as, well as C-level titles (both online & offline). 
  • Conduct companies research based on the ICP (Upmarket segment) & outreach to the prospects with the custom and data-based approach.
  • Prospecting in collaboration with SDR & Agency team to generate leads and ensure the ongoing lead flow into the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Contribute to the team projects and initiatives to develop and refine sales process.
  • Proactively share the personal & client’s feedback in order to enhance the sales results and deliver the high quality services.
  • Be able to attend the conferences, conduct the webinars, etc. to develop and maintain the relationships with the prospects together with strengthening the Brand Awareness. 
  • Maximize success with a world-class SaaS toolkit (access to Highspot,Gong.io, & Hubspot).

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships & trust with potential customers.
  • Fluent English level.
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating long-term contracts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize key opportunities and manage multiple sales-related tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
