This position reports to the Head of Brand for Mr D.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating social media Strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Marketing associates to ensure cohesiveness with regards to tactics you suggest ensuring they align with business & marketing & campaign strategies.
- Developing, monitoring and reporting on a social media organic strategy including social media KPI’s for these.
- Monitoring competitive communities for tactical opportunities.
- Responsible for finding, briefing and managing influencers aligned with overall Marketing strategies and campaign strategies.
Oversight of community management
- Develop individual team members(s) through regular feedback, tailored growth plans, and opportunities for professional development.
- Setting and maintaining professional standards and practices within the Community Management team & external content contributors (influencers) ensuring adherence from the team to these.
Create Social Media Budgets & Social Media Reporting
- Co-owning our social media marketing budget with the Head of Paid Media
- Responsible for organic budget allocation and planning.
- Measure and report performance of all organic and paid social activities against agreed KPI’s.
- Provide insights and reporting from organic social media tactics and all campaign tactics.

- Communicative: Excels in articulating ideas and building meaningful connections.
- Adaptive: Quickly adjusts strategies in response to the ever-changing social landscape.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and SEO best practices.
- Experienced in managing organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Skilled in influencer partnership management and community building.
- Adept at content planning and budget management.
- Savvy in using social media management software like Sprout Social and Hootsuite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
