DESCRIPTION

Hello,
htvront.com is looking for American freelance writers who deliver high-quality content on time and consistently.

Our Services
We are devoted to catering to the creative crafting community by providing the main product—Heat Presses, supporting product—Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), and other DIY-related materials.

Here are a few of the product lines we specialize in:
Heat Press: We offer auto heat press, hat heat press, mini heat press, tumbler heat press, and T-shirt press.
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV): It comes in a variety of colors, finishes (including glitter and metallic), and bundle options for crafters of all levels.
Other Crafting Supplies: We offer other craft supplies to help you with your heat press and HTV DIY operations, such as weeding tools, heat press mats, and more.

Who We’re Hiring
HTVRONT is seeking freelance writers who:
Are Passionate for DIY Crafts Must: You should be a highly creative individual with experience in crafting projects. Experience with Cricut, HTVRONT products, and other DIY machines is a plus.
Exhibit Stellar Writing Skills: We expect every writer in our network to have a solid grasp of spelling & grammar, the ability to express information concisely and succinctly, and the ability to engage with a reader throughout their article.
Are Great at Internet Research: Freelance writers in our network need to be able to research topics online quickly and in depth. Knowledge of Google’s Advanced Search Operators is a Plus.
Understand Proper Article Structure & Formatting: Writers need to know how to use Google Docs to structure and format their work properly. Our projects require writers to use headings, lists, hyperlinks, citations, and related formatting in the course of their work.
Reader-centered: By approaching the work from the reader’s perspective, you bridge the gap between your creative vision and the reader’s experience, resulting in more impactful work.
Language: We hire fluent English writers, and native American speakers are a plus.
Are Open to Constructive Criticism: Our goal is to improve consistently. We need freelance writers who can accept.
Skype & Paypal: All communication between us and our writers is via Skype. We pay writers via Paypal exclusively. You’ll need your own PayPal account.

Writer Needs to Avoid:
Self-absorption: Don’t just write about what interests you without considering your target audience. Research what your readers find valuable and tailor your content to their needs and interests.
Shallow content: Avoid simply summarizing information readily available elsewhere. Offer unique insights, analyses, or perspectives that make your blog stand out.
No Nonsense: We don’t want writers to write irrelevant content to make up the word count for more revenue.
No Stacking of Keywords: We want articles to read naturally and coherently, not to deliberately mention keywords over and over again in the text to SEO rank.
Plagiarism & AI-generated: We do not accept writing that has been plagiarized in any way and generated in any AI writing tool. We will manually check on each article you work on.
Overdue: We have strict deadlines for all of our projects. Writers who consistently miss deadlines will be removed from our team.

Workload & Compensation
If you’re invited to join our network of writers, your workload will be somewhat sparse over the first 30 to 60 days as we get to know your skill sets and abilities. We will provide you with at least one project every two weeks during this probation period.

Once that probation period has passed, our goal is to provide our writers with consistent work each week. We require all writers to be able to create at least 1,000 words of writing each workday. The workload assigned to you each week will vary based on the current projects we have available.

All newly hired freelance writers are offered a rate of $0.03 per word. This rate is non-negotiable. All newly who initially meet our requirements should complete the paid test articles at a rate of $0.03 per word.

Writers who have worked with us for a while and have shown the ability to produce high-quality work consistently may be offered higher-paying projects when they’re available. These higher-level projects pay up to $0.10 per word, depending on the requirements of the project.

We will consider giving bonuses or gifts to writers who perform well every quarter.
Writers who have worked with us continuously for more than 1 year and have performed well will be considered for full-time employment.

Note:
All applicants with qualified resumes are required to complete 3 paid test articles at a rate of $0.03 per word, including an explanatory article, a how-to article, and a DIY project idea article.
We will refuse payment for any test article that is found to violate any of the above requirements. And we do not accept any falsification.
