Role Overview
As a Senior AI-Focused React/TypeScript Developer, you will own and enhance our frontend codebase and lead the integration of AI tools and features to elevate our platform. You’ll be responsible for migrating from Replit to GitHub, developing new features, and integrating critical APIs. Your work will directly influence user engagement and blockchain functionality, leveraging the latest in AI to create an unparalleled user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the React 18 / TypeScript codebase.
- Spearhead the integration of AI models and APIs to enhance game features and user experience.
- Migrate existing code from Replit to GitHub, adhering to best practices and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and connect REST and GraphQL APIs for game features and the $PZN token.
- Write and execute comprehensive tests (unit and integration) using Jest, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Actively collaborate with and evaluate advanced AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Replit Agent to boost team productivity and code quality.
- Deploy and maintain the application on platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
- Ensure frontend scalability, performance, and security, with a special focus on AI and API integrations.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience integrating and developing APIs (REST & GraphQL).
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
- Strong familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Demonstrated proficiency and enthusiasm for using and integrating AI-assisted coding tools.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with blockchain development, including token integration and smart contracts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) or other AI models.
- Experience with Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with Replit, Vite, or Drizzle ORM.
- Experience in multiplayer game development or CMS platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Equity: Generous $PZN token allocation.
