Description

• Successfully recruiting high-quality technical and non-technical candidates for various roles efficiently and within the stated deadline. • Lead the client interactions throughout the end-end process to ensure they have a best in class experience. • Carry out engaging, high touch interviews to really get to know why candidates are a great fit for our clients. • Communicate and follow up with relevant candidates on a daily basis (scheduling interviews, sending over test tasks, following up on further clarifications on their applications, providing feedback on the status of the application and everything else needed for hiring purposes). • Develop shortlists of qualified candidates. • Take full ownership of the roles assigned to you and take responsibility for the strategy, performance, and delivery of the results. • Building rapport with business owners to obtain candid and valuable references.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter/talent acquisition specialist. • International recruitment experience either gained in-house, RPO, or recruitment agency. • Experience with conducting interviews of both technical and non-technical roles. • Demonstrable experience of delighting clients through exceptional service. • Experience with any ATS and candidate database.
