Role Overview:

As a Digital Community Manager at Realm, you will focus on creating and managing a positive culture within your digital communities. You are responsible for creating opportunities for engagement and moderating behavior to cultivate an inviting and supportive environment that fosters active participation and encourages community cohesion.

Responsibilities:

  • Member On/Off Boarding: Oversee the onboarding of new members to ensure consistent and positive integration into the community. Ensure departing members are smoothly offboarded from all communities and systems.
  • Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase member activity and satisfaction within communities. Regularly interact with members via community platforms.
  • Content Curation: Curate engaging content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, newsletters, discussion prompts, and social media updates.
  • Moderation: Ensure the community remains a safe and respectful environment by moderating discussions and managing member issues promptly.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively collect and analyze member feedback and community engagement data to continuously improve the member experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze community engagement metrics for executive-level reporting to evaluate community health and devise new engagement programs.
  • Project Management: Plan, track, and communicate projects that cater to the interests of our members and communities.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, especially within digital platforms.
  • Strong customer/client services experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and analytics tools.
  • Able to work with, analyze, and present data.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Savvy with WhatsApp, Slack, and CRM management.
