Our team needs a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. The primary responsibilities of this role are:
• Ownership of Social Media Strategy: The Social Media Content Manager owns the entire social media strategy for Luxury Presence from conception to delivery, including the overall approach, platform-specific strategies, content planning, content engagement and interaction, community management, and more.
• Consistent Weekly Content Creation: Partnering with our world-class creative and design teams for visual asset development, the Social Media Content Manager owns the entire social media content runway, and is responsible for all written copy.
• Consistent Content Research, Ideation, and Social Experimentation: At Luxury Presence, we operate on the RISE (Research, Ideation, and Social Experimentation) framework. This means that we are testing new content types, storytelling approaches, and new strategies for communicating with and building our audience every month.
• Weekly Performance Reporting: The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for consistently monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the performance of social media content efforts. They will be expected to generate regular reports to share with the team, as well as act on the analysis conducted to consistently improve the performance of their strategy.
The Social Media Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Content.
The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned social media professional with world-class content creation skills, and experience designing, implementing, fueling, and maintaining successful social media strategies for influential, fast-growing companies.

You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Experience successfully working remotely
- 5+ years experience working as a social media manager, strategist, and content creator
- Expert-level experience creating visual-first, storytelling content
- Specific experience developing audiences across social media platforms
- Expert-level understanding of the specific metrics that grow an audience in both size and engagement and the ability to gather, interpret, and create action from those metrics
- Previous success working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Enthusiasm, a competitive spirit, a friendly and professional disposition
- Bonus points for hands-on knowledge and experience in graphic design, video production, or photography
- Major bonus points for knowledge of the real estate industry and real estate professionals
