They are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a robust understanding of marketing and paid media strategies to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications via email and SMS. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with campaign results.
- Team Management: Oversee and collaborate with a team of creatives and ad buyers to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Campaign Monitoring: Monitor the performance of paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and are optimized for success.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns, providing timely updates and strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
- Report Generation: Produce and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media strategies.
