We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a knack for problem-solving to join our dynamic finance team and drive process improvements and build a best-in-class finance function.
As we grow and scale our operations, we continuously optimize our finance processes to support our expanding business needs while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in addressing this challenge by leveraging your expertise in business analysis to drive process improvements and enhance our financial capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization within the finance function
- Develop and implement efficient and scalable processes, leveraging industry best practices, technology innovative solutions
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving alignment across teams
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while mitigating risks
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the finance function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with finance objectives
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, and demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results
- Hands-on experience with process development and implementation
- Experience managing system integrations and automation processes
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing improvements
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, including Tech, Revenue Ops, and Data teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work activities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs
