A quick run-down of the job
We are looking for an ambitious and versatile B2B Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s B2B marketing strategy and establishing a strong brand presence within target markets such as Fintech and Web3. This position will involve owning all aspects of B2B marketing for LI.FI, including (but not limited to) brand marketing, social media marketing, product marketing, and communication.

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and go-to-market to reach target audiences effectively
- Brand building: Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and positioning, crafting compelling narratives that highlight our unique value proposition in the market.
- Content creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and multimedia platforms, to drive audience engagement and thought leadership.
- Digital marketing: Spearheading co-marketing initiatives with our integration partners, enhancing LI.FI‘s market offerings through strategic collaborations.

- Market research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation, informing product development and marketing strategies.
- Analytics and performance tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, design, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and product roadmap.
What makes a good candidate
- 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech with a combination of proven traditional B2B marketing tactics and cryptocurrency knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience setting up the monitoring and evaluation of marketing KPIs and campaign metrics
- Previous involvement in an early-stage technology startup, ideally within the Fintech or Crypto sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages.
- Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how to measure success of initiatives
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience with CRM (ideally Hubspot)
