Technical Writer
We need a Technical Writer, amazing at creating clear, concise and user-friendly documentation. Help us support our clients, developers and personnel through documentation that provides technical information, processes, system features in the form of user-guides, technical integration guides and online help content for the platforms and solutions that we provide.
What You Will Do
- Write and maintain Knowledge Based articles targeted at customers and internal users for our newest flagship product Farsight®.
- Help us build and lead the technical writing and support functions for this new product
- Provide online support through Intercom or similar as needed
- Help us onboard our existing technical support team towards the new processes and product
About You
- Smart and gets things done
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English
- Professional knowledge of French, German, Italian, Japanese or Spanish is a plus
- You have 5+ years experience as a technical writer or as support leader
- You have a strong understanding of software development and support processes
- Professional knowledge or prior involvement in renewable energy is a plus
- You have a 4-hour overlap with CET/CEST time zones as our teams are globally distributed
- You can travel to Italy within three months of hiring so we can get to know you
