Responsibilities
- Generating leads by cold calling potential clients using a power dialler.
- Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management to optimize call scripts and strategies.

Requirements
- Must be able to work North American time zones (approx. 4 PM – 12 AM South African Time). Occasionally you will also be asked to contact European prospects, but this will be pre-arranged on an as-needed basis.
- Must have excellent English (C1 or C2 level), High Speed Internet and a quiet environment where you can speak with our customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and/or telemarketing is required.
- Scientific credentials (e.g., university degree or online courses) is considered a major asset.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
