Note: this position will start contract, with the goal of vetting/training and eventually hiring the right candidate.

You’re excited about digital marketing and want to learn more. You’ve done some work in online ads, maybe for yourself or an employer, but you have more questions than answers. You’re restless, not complacent, always looking for another task to tackle, another skill to learn, another way to grow.
Digital is native to you – you’ve been working on the Internet in some capacity for a while now, and it’s where you feel comfortable. You understand how communication happens online, on social media and in email inboxes. You do your reading on blogs, watch video tutorials, and take online courses.
Most of all, you’re hungry to learn by doing. You want hands-on experience and improvement with direct instruction and feedback. You yearn to be part of a collaborative team where you can learn from the experiences of your peers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook & Instagram, and Amazon
- Work alongside other team members for additional support, such as building automation rules, researching and creating new audiences, and helping to implement basic tracking
- Execute analysis of our clients’ competitors and potential customers to inform the strategy and creation for campaigns
- Develop new copy and creative for campaigns, to be deployed in a variety of formats such as ads, landing pages, and emails
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- Verifiable experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads
- Prior remote experience is a plus
- Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands (D2C) is a plus
