ElevenLabs is a growth-stage startup that has built the most advanced AI voice models and AI voice products (text to speech, audiobooks creation, dubbing, and the voice library).

About the role
We are hiring a design engineer on the growth team. This role has two main parts: creating high-quality landing pages (often with interactive product demos) in React to showcase our new products; and working on the frontend of our core product through design uplifts or new 0 to 1 products. For the landing pages, you will get full ownership to ideate the product demo, create the landing page design and copy, and then build it. For the core product work, you’ll work closely with our engineering team and directly speak with users to shape requirements, then design and build the frontend. This is a high-impact role with our landing pages and products used by millions of people. We expect many of these landing pages and product demos to go viral – as several of our previous launches have done.
You’ll work closely with Nev Flynn, Ammaar Reshi, and Austin Malerba.

What you bring
We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic software engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. We do require:
- Strong design skills
- Strong frontend skills (basic python/node is a bonus)
- Interest in growth and the business side of things
