As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE), you will be responsible for the growth of our enterprise accounts in the region, ensuring all key metrics are delivered. With identified accounts, you will ensure revenue growth, customer success, and long-term customer partnership. In addition, you will provide direction and recommendations to the extended territory team and leadership to increase the region’s efficiencies, structure, and strategy, ensuring individual and group success.

You will be accountable for excellence to:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas – Build and grow pipeline, accurately forecast, cold call and prospect account base for new opportunities, identify and win new business accounts.
  • Own your business – Increase sales, develop leads/greenfield, and close opportunities through qualification, demos, objection handling and negotiating calls.
  • Develop territory strategy and specific account plans, expand install base and acquire net new customers, create and execute demand generation plans within a territory, and be accountable for all aspects of taking down the number as if you genuinely owned Splitmetrics.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor through being assertive, present, and relevant – Build relationships with customers through all phases of the life cycle, identify and care for customer needs, maintain accuracy in Hubspot, develop a process for meaningful customer experience, prospecting, developing, managing, and executing a territory plan to support lead generation, complete sales cycle management.
  • Create a strong partnership with Customer Success, Marketing and our legal team to drive impact for your customers and prospects.
  • Leverage internal and external tools to maximize customer information – Maximize success with a world-class SaaS toolkit (access to Highspot, Gong.io, & Hubspot), and provide feedback on products regarding customers’ issues and competitive trends.

About you:

We want to meet individuals passionate about the mobile marketing world, who have experience working with app publishers and brands and have a track record in owning large multi-year deals from end to end.

  • 2+ years of experience in similar sales roles with SaaS, mobile marketing or advertising technology companies.
  • A genuine passion for closing the deals with a ruthless focus on a customer. 
  • A systematic approach in sales.
  • A commitment to being an adviser and business development partner for a customer. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, creative thinker, and open-minded character with a passion for challenges.
  • Fluent English.
