As an AI content writer for Anlatan, you will be responsible for producing creative writing content with other team members formatted according to provided guidelines and standards, to help build an ever-evolving conversation and roleplay dataset—with solo content creation being an option after further training and evaluation. The dataset you are going to help us create is to be the groundwork for a new generation of AI-powered chatbots.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for writing, roleplaying, and most importantly, working as a team. While prior experience creating content for and/or with AI is a substantial benefit, the ideal candidate for this role will be able to embody characters, and express through the written word meaningful, moving, and original insights under a variety of topics and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with your fellow writers to create fictional, naturally-flowing conversations & roleplays. Typically, you will write as one character of your choosing in the context of a two-character chat, between you and a chat partner (also of your choice). The capacity to utilize your writing skills with versatility and flexibility is essential for success in this role.
- Supplementing the conversations or roleplays you create with conversation tags, character descriptions, descriptions of locales where interactions take place, short summaries of what transpired in the fiction, and the emotions each character is feeling during every message; providing these data will not only grant you additional degrees of creative freedom, but is also what will make you instrumental in breathing life into the next generation of chatbot AI.
- Editing and correcting typographical mistakes in those fictional conversations or roleplays you and your partner create, in turn helping us ensure the data used to train AI chatbots of the future, is as clean and high-quality as possible.
- Outstanding members of our writer team can earn the privilege to create content all by themselves, by writing both characters of a given two-character conversation or roleplay; this would allow you the opportunity to immortalize any stories which your heart demands be told, as they shape the very technology capable of bringing them to life.
The Work Environment
This position is entirely remote, and paid hourly; you will be in complete control of your own work hours. Very rarely, meetings or 1:1 onboarding sessions may require your scheduled attendance; however, the vast majority of our communication with you in this role will occur through the Discord application.
We will provide reference documents, live onboarding, and a bespoke proprietary website environment, ideal and optimized to create data in the format expected of you, to all persons filling this role.
