Join our client’s team, a leading provider in the online retail space, as an eCommerce Marketing Specialist focusing on marketplace channels such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Newegg. This role is pivotal in managing and executing marketing strategies to maximize visibility and sales across various online platforms.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 6 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, document, and execute all marketing and promotional activities for marketplace partners such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Newegg.
- Manage communication and relationships with external partners and ensure all necessary parties internally are kept up-to-date and informed
- Assist in curating submissions for promotional activities with marketplace partners, ensure smooth execution, and manage their go-live
- Manage marketplace partners’ compliance requirements, including contract review, compliance checks, product content setup and audits, etc.
- Review marketplace channel for site merchandising on live promotions and work with account representatives on better marketing exposure or placement where relevant
- Utilize Excel for data & performance analysis for actionable reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to promotional account management.
- Strategize and implement the best practices for successful listing and marketing campaigns on Marketplaces

- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced ability to manage and analyze data within Excel, providing insightful and actionable performance reports.
- Marketplace Familiarity: Experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of marketplace operations and requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
