Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold calls to acquire new customers.
– Work on social media accounts to drive exposure to the business and be able to collect commission on projects brought in by social media
– Must be adaptable and fast learner to close sales and understand the product and how it stands out.
– Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs
– Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales
– Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales is preferred
– Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
– Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse customer base
– Familiarity with web development and current languages being used to build our products.
– Willingness to learn about new products and conduct product demonstrations
